We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Cardiology Nurse to join our Electrophysiology (EP) Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cardiology and experience in electrophysiology procedures. As a Cardiology Nurse in the EP Department, you will play a crucial role in providing specialized care to patients undergoing EP studies, ablations, and device implantations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Office triage along with procedure scheduling.

• Collaborate with the EP team, including physicians, technicians, and other nurses, to deliver high-quality patient care.

• Educate patients and their families about electrophysiology procedures, treatments, and post-procedure care.

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current with advances in electrophysiology and cardiac care.

Qualifications

Valid RN license in Iowa.

BLS and ACLS certification.

Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Experience with EP lab procedures such as ablations and device implantations preferred.

Familiarity with EP equipment and technology.
