Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 20 hours.

Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Director of Interventional Cardiology Service Line, perform various duties in setting the vision, developing and managing disease management programs including Structural Heart and Valve Disease across Southcoast Health. Responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring, reporting and directly managing processes, programs and tools to continually improve clinical quality and efficiency performance. The Structural Heart Program Manager will function as a central figure in the overall operations of the Structural Heart Program.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing or the equivalent knowledge and experience is required.

  • Excellent management, organizational, creative and problem-solving skills required.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including but not limited to Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

  • A minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience with at least three (3) years in cardiac disease specific specialty is required.

  • Current RN Registration in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and/or State of Rhode Island is required.

  • Qualified in all basic and advanced cardiac support standards as set by the American Heart Association.

  • Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.

Pay Range

USD $84,198.40 - USD $154,024.00 /Yr.
