Qualifications Minimum Education:

Required: All hires after July 2012 are required to have a Bachelor#s Degree in Nursing.

OR if Associates Degree or Diploma must be enrolled in BSN program and completed within 4 years of hire. Minimum Years of Experience (Amount, Type and Variation): Required: None Preferred:

One year of Acute Care Experience License, Registry or Certification: Required: Current NJ RN licensure and American Heart Association CPR certification Preferred: Certification in specialty Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities:

Required:

Certified in ACLS and complete Critical care, and Vents training within one year of hire. They must also complete Basic arrhythmia Interpretation within 6 months. Preferred: PCCN or Cardio Vascular certification
