Job Summary:

  • You will modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions.

  • In this role, you will consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.

  • You must demonstrate sound knowledge base in nursing practice and its clinical application to the patient population served in the unit including the operation of equipment and policy and procedure used in the delivery of care in the unit.

  • Your role will assist with examinations/treatments and educate patients on discharge instructions.

  • You must be able to recognize and respond critical markers and assists in corrective action based upon nursing standards, policies and procedures and protocol.

  • You will demonstrate professionalism in interactions with patients, physicians, nursing staff and other patient care members and co-workers.

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

  • State RN license in good standing

  • Current BLS and ACLS from the American Heart Association

  • Med-Surg Certification is optional but strongly encouraged once clinical hour requirements and experience level is met. Orthopedic nurse certification preferred.

The position is the key management contact for the assigned sales representative and is therefore responsible for hiring, developing and insuring focused attention to territory activities. The position is accountable for developing and managing business through alliance partners, distributorships and direct accounts within the specific region along with price negotiations and strategic account development. The Regional Manager must conduct business within the guidelines of LifeNet Health policies, procedures and regulations.</p><p>What you'll do:</p><ul><li><p>Responsible for planning and implementing strategies to ensure the revenue budget is met and the region's strategic service goals are met.</p></li><li><p>Develops the assigned sales representatives and coaches them on performance. Conducts field travel with assigned sales representatives within region for 60% of the days in the month as well as performing quarterly business reviews.</p></li><li><p>Develops Alliance Partners, 1099 relationships, key supply chain contacts, and other key decision making personnel in assigned region. Ensures the team upholds the relationships developed.
