Essential Qualifications:

• Possession of an associate's degree or higher

• An active New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license and valid American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)

• At least one year of experience working in Hospice, Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg), Acute Care, Emergency Department (ED), Home Health, Burn Unit/Wound Clinic, Critical Care, or Oncology. Desired Qualifications: - Fluency in two or more languages

• At least one year of experience in an On-Call Nursing role Role Overview: In this role as a full-time On-Call Home Health RN, you will provide meaningful nursing care to patients across varying age groups and diagnostic categories. You will be tasked with safeguarding patient well-being, effectively communicating with healthcare providers and patients, and using your deep nursing knowledge and skills to provide comprehensive patient care. The position includes a rotation schedule and comes with all necessary equipment and benefits. Main Responsibilities: - Deliver direct or indirect skilled comprehensive nursing care to diverse patient groups

• Contribute to the collection, planning, and assessment of nursing care through the use of nursing processes

• Implement principles of prevention, therapeutic, and rehabilitative nursing care

• Use effective interviewing techniques and maintain a data-focused approach

• Collaborate efficiently with healthcare providers, patients, and their families

• Prioritize patient safety and comfort

• Keep track of patients' conditions and react accordingly under nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocol

• Use written and oral communication lucidly and succinctly Schedule & Shift Details: - 1 week on, 1 week off
