Responsibilities include:

Provide instruction to ADN Nursing classes.

Adherence to applicable accreditation commission standards or agencies regulations, the school policies and procedures, and the department's curricula.

Monitor school progress, conduct student orientations and advise students throughout the program.

Assist with on-going review and development of curricula in the department and make suggestions per policy.

Attend orientations, staff meetings, and faculty meetings as scheduled.

Requirements:

License in good standing in the state of TN to practice registered nursing.

Minimum of a MSN

Minimum of 4 years clinical experience in the last 5 years.

Must also meet all regulatory and corporate qualifications.

Experience in Med/Surg

Experience precepting students

The Technical Training Instructor will deliver Service Training courses in support of Agriculture or Construction brands for dealer service technicians, field personnel and internal company personnel. They will work in a team environment to deliver training curriculum on assigned products including all support materials, while maintaining a professional training environment. Communicate with Technical Support, Product Management and field personnel to identify training needs / issues to achieve product support training objectives. As the Technical Training Instructor you will: * Deliver Technical Training courses for dealer service technicians, field personnel and internal company personnel. * Design & develop training support materials on current products. * Assist other product support areas (Technical Support and Technical Publications) as required. * Maintain equipment inventory for assigned products to support Service Training needs. * Ensure training courses and materials meet department guidelines including pre-post testing and standard course evaluations. * Coordinate travel, supporting material and equipment logistics for onsite and offsite training courses. * Work at offsite locations to present localized training. (Approx. 20-40 % of the time). Required Qualifications Associate's Degree and a minimum of three years of mechanical or training experience OR a High School Diploma with a minimum of five years of mechanical or training experience 1+ years of customer support experience The preferred candidate will have experience with the following: Bachelor's Degree in any of the following: Engineering, Agriculture or Construction Equipment, Adult Education Agricultural equipment diagnostic experience Experience with dealership service department activities, especially maintenance and repair of agriculture or construction equipment. Technical Knowledge in one or more of the following product areas: Agriculture or Construction equipment with emphasis on power trains, hydraulic, electrical and electronic systems Excellent written and presentation skills as well as comprehensive computer skills.
