Walker Methodist River Heights is recruiting for an RN Nurse Manager to provide quality patient care to residents in the assisted living and memory care areas. The RN Nurse Manager is responsible for managing the resident service care plans and direction/supervision of health care staff.

Full-Time

Minimum qualifications:

• Current Minnesota RN license and BLS certification

• Basic computer skills with experience or ability to learn electronic health record systems

• Sensitivity to resident needs and the ability to build positive relationships with them and their families in the transition between settings

• Leadership skills with supervisory experience

Preferred qualification:

• One year experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living environment
