Registered Nurse (RN) Full Time Days, Position in the Med/Surg unit at Northwest Health

• Porter Hospital

• Full Time: 36 hours per week, 12 hour shifts

• Hours: 7a-7p

• Welcome bonus eligible up to $40,000

About this unit:

• 30 bed unit

• This is a busy unit with a lot of patient turnover ranging in acuity and ailments

• Provides cardiac monitoring

• This is an excellent unit for building a foundation as an RN

Education:

• Registered Nurse license required

Licensure & Certification:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Indiana.
• BLS certification must be maintained while in this position
• ACLS certification within 12 months of hire, must be maintained while in this position
