Basic Qualifications:

  • Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) - Must be obtained within 4 years of hire.
  • Experience
  • Successful completion of a competency-based orientation program.
  • Licenses
  • Registered Nurse (RN)

  • State of Michigan.

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 Days of Hire.

  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) must be completed by end of department orientation or within 90 Days.

  • Fetal Monitoring Certification from NCC within one year of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1-2 Years of Prior L&D experience highly preferred.

  • Minimum Requirement is One 8-Hr. or 12-Hr. Shift per 2-Week Period.
