If you share our passion for caring for hospice patients, you are made for this! We're looking for a passionate nurse to assist with emergency situations with patients. The RN will have 24/7 support from the pharmacy and support from the triage nurses. Looking to fill 10/HR shifts Saturday and Sunday and three days during the week, 8-12-week assignment.

As a Registered Nurse, here's an overview of the job responsibilities;

• Provide hospice -based care to patients with illnesses, injuries and chronic diseases

• Work with a team of physicians and oversee LPNs, CNAs and aides providing patient care

• Examine patients, do assessments, document progress and report changes to their physician

• Educate patients on their plan of care, prescribed medication, therapy, diet and exercise

• Coach family members on the patient's plan of care, medication

Requirements of this position entail:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and active RN license in NH

• Minimum of 6 months of nursing experience, in relate field

• CPR certification

• Knowledge of state and federal regulations

• Ability to pass a comprehensive fingerprint/background check and drug screening.

• Clinical proficiency in nursing specialty, strong communication skills and compassion

• Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation
