Job Details:

  • The House Supervisor RN provides clinical leadership ensuring the mission, vision, and values of Lakeview are supported through the clinical services provided.

  • Participates in planning, organizing, directing and facilitating the clinical and programming operations to ensure regulatory compliance.

  • Nurtures a person-centered and resident-directed culture.

  • Promotes individual and team learning.

Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm, on call rotation

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications & skills:

  • Must meet and maintain regulatory requirements for licensure as a nurse in Kansas.

  • Registered Nurse (RN) preferred.

  • CPR certification required.

  • Specialized training or experience in geriatric nursing preferred.

  • 1-2 years of long-term care and supervisory experience preferred

  • Possesses an empathetic approach to the elderly.

  • Able to work in a team setting with residents, relatives, staff, and others.
