RN House Supervisor - Days

Job Description 219-bed, acute care hospital offering an extensive range of services, including inpatient and outpatient, medical, surgical, diagnostic, emergency care, a nationally recognized Cancer Center as well as primary care, family practice, and pediatric offices. With 260 physicians representing 40 medical specialties, we serve the healthcare needs of residents in Pottstown and surrounding areas. Our Emergency Room, is the second busiest in Montgomery County, seeing more than 40,000 patients a year. We're 1,150 healthcare professionals strong, and our team of physicians, nurses, staff, and volunteers is focused on exceeding expectations while delivering compassionate, safe, quality care. Responsibilities: Assists in the coordination and facilitation of patient care and hospital operations on all shifts. Provides supervision, leadership, direction, and clinical support to assure the delivery of safe, quality patient care. Functions as administrative resource for hospital operations in the absence of Administration. Will have operational oversight of the hospital collaboration with the directors and senior leadership. This position will be covering support during day shift rotation through the hours of 8am-8:30pm. Education Requirements: 4 year/bachelor's degree Experience: House Supervisor experience preferred. Certification and Licensure: BLS Certification PA Registered Nurse License CANDIDATE DETAILS 2 years experience Seniority Level
