We can change everything together. IU Health has a great opportunity available for a RN Associate Administrator to join our RN Leadership Team at West Hospital. This is a supplemental day shift position.

Facilitates patient flow and expedites patient placement. Consultants on emergency or unusual circumstances and follows up on problems and/or concerns with the appropriate department and/or administrative personnel.

Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) required or relevant experience. Requires current state of Indiana license as Registered Nurse. Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.

Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies. Requires completion of Clinical Specialty Professional Certification within 1 year upon meeting eligibility requirements.

Requires 5-7 years of relevant experience. Previous Charge Nurse, House Supervisor or Associate Administrator experience strongly preferred. Inpatient or ED experience strongly preferred. Must possess strong conflict resolution skills.
