• Home Health and Hospice Salary: $80,000 per year with a $15,000 First Year Success Bonus Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide Hospice care in Evanston, IL, and surrounding areas. This position is for those committed to offering end-of-life care in the comfort and privacy of patients' homes, ensuring a dignified experience. Requirements:

• At least 1 year of RN experience, hospice preferred.

• Active Illinois RN License.

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing or higher.

• BLS and CPR Certification are required; assistance is provided if needed.

• Must have a valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and auto insurance. Job Details:

• Full-time role with Monday

• Friday schedule.

• Flexibility in scheduling, minimal weekend shifts per year.

• 6-week comprehensive RN onboarding program.

• Role includes local travel, with reimbursement provided.

• Fleet Vehicle Program eligibility after 6 months. The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Create flexible schedules in coordination with patients.

• Work in partnership with schedulers for monthly planning.

• Provide hospice care mainly to a geriatric patient demographic.

• Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals and support teams. Benefits:
