We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) with proven experience in Home Health Care to join a distinguished team that has been operating within the healthcare community for over a century. Required Qualifications: The optimal candidate will possess a minimum of one year's experience in Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg), Acute Care, Emergency Department (ED), Oncology, Burn Unit/Wound Clinic, Critical Care or Home Health.

An Associate degree or higher is necessary, as well as valid certifications/licenses from the American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) and as a Registered Nurse (RN) in New Jersey (NJ). Preferred Qualifications: The capability to communicate in more than one language will be an asset. Role Outline:

The successful candidate will provide superior nursing care, exhibit excellent communication and teamwork skills, and honor the importance of patient safety. Strong organizational skills and the capacity to work independently are imperative, along with a pledge to uphold confidentiality. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a home healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities: The RN will offer direct or indirect skilled comprehensive nursing care to diverse age and diagnostic groups. The successful candidate will utilize the principles of the nursing process to support data collection, planning, and evaluation of nursing care.

Demonstrable nursing knowledge and skills are required for the execution of preventive, therapeutic, and rehabilitative nursing care. Effective communication skills are essential for collaboration with healthcare providers, patients, and families. The individual should maintain patient comfort and safety awareness at all times.

Schedule and Shift Details: The working schedule of this role will be from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, including one weekend per month and working one summer and one winter holiday. Benefits: A comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance, 401k, HSA/FSA, and PTO.
