• Home Health Job Number: 100200165 Employment Type: Fulltime Location: Livingston, NJ 07039 Industry: Healthcare Salary: $44.00 Per hour Job Overview: We're looking for a full-time Home Health RN for our client's team, covering the Livingston/Roseland, NJ area. You'll be providing skilled nursing care, ensuring effective communication, and maintaining patient safety. Organizational ability, independence in your role, and confidentiality are key. Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to a variety of patient groups.

• Engage in all stages of the nursing process, including planning and evaluation.

• Showcase your nursing expertise in preventive, therapeutic, and rehabilitative care.

• Conduct effective interviews, set boundaries, and gather necessary data.

• Work well with healthcare professionals, patients, and families.

• Keep a keen eye on patient comfort and safety needs.

• Monitor patients, document conditions, and report significant findings.

• Handle emergencies according to nursing standards and protocols.

• Communicate crucial information with the healthcare team effectively and promptly. Ideal Candidate:

• Requires Medical-Surgical and Home Health experience; wound care experience is a bonus.

• Accepts additional experience in Critical Care/ED alongside Home Health.

• Does not accept candidates with a specialty in Dermatology, OB/L&D, Urology, etc. Licensing and Education:

• Current New Jersey RN license required.

• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) certification is needed.

• Associate's degree preferred. Additional Application Information: - Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

• Include an RN license number and any specialized certifications. Work Schedule:

• Work from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

• Work 1-2 Saturdays a month.
