Position/Job Title: RN - Home Health Job Number: 100200264 Employment Type: Fulltime Location: Derry, PA 15627 Industry: Healthcare Salary: $78,000.00 Per year Job Description: Our client is in search of a Registered Nurse for their Home Health division, committed to providing patient care in the Derry, PA area. The ideal candidate will administer nursing care in a home setting, ensuring the well-being and recovery of patients in a community-centered approach. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: - Provide Home Health care to local patients in the comfort of their own homes.

• Utilize professional nursing experience to ensure quality care and patient satisfaction.

• Maintain consistent communication with the care team and patients.

• Complete nursing documentation within 24 hours of the visit.

• Manage a flexible schedule, including on-call shifts and weekend responsibilities. Qualifications:

• At least one year of professional experience as an RN; home health experience is a plus.

• Active RN License in the State of Pennsylvania.

• Associate's degree in Nursing.

• BLS and CPR Certification (assistance provided if necessary).

• Must possess a valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.

• Comfort with the required local travel for this position. Benefits: - $15,000 sign-on bonus, disbursed quarterly over a year.
