Position/Job Title: RN - Home Health Job Number: 100200053 Employment Type: Fulltime Location: Homestead, PA 15120 Industry: Healthcare Salary: $78,000.00 Per year Job Description: We're in search of a dedicated Registered Nurse to deliver exceptional Home Health care in Homestead, PA. This position offers a balance of independence and structure, allowing you to provide care in a home setting with the support of a strong team. Key Responsibilities:

• Administer Home Health care to geriatric patients within the Homestead area.

• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient care.

• Maintain accurate medical records and complete documentation promptly. Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of RN experience, with Home Health experience preferred.

• Active PA RN License

• Associate's Degree in Nursing

• BLS/CPR Certification.

• Must have a reliable vehicle for local patient visits. Schedule: Monday

• Friday with a flexible, self-managed approach. Travel: - Local travel within a reasonable range, with comprehensive travel reimbursement.
