R.N.

The RN is accountable for utilizing the nursing process throughout the provision of patient/family care.#The RN is responsible for delegating patient care tasks and for supervision of other patient care staff.#The RN is responsible for coordinating the care of patients and consulting other disciplines of the healthcare team as indicated.#The RN functions collaboratively with the medical staff and the other disciplines to provide and enhance patient care.#The RN adheres to all nursing policies and proactively strives to maintain and improve quality outcomes.#The RN is responsible for facilitating patient care, anticipating patient care needs, individualizing patient care and adjusting or modifying the nursing plan of care as appropriate.#The RN will possess and utilize effective technical skills for the provision of safe and appropriate care,#which includes#general post-op care, pharmacology knowledge, and assessment skills. Requirements: Missouri state RN licensure.

Basic Life Support (BLS). Minimum one (1) year RN experience preferred. Previous surgical experience preferred. ACLS preferred within six (6) months of hire.
