We want your knowledge and expertise Job Summary and Qualifications You will perform comprehensive nursing assessmentsregardingthe health status of the patient, following standards of care and disease specific protocols. You will plan,implementand evaluate patient care plans tooptimizeoutcomes and maximize available resources.

You will provide direct nursing care and supervise non-licensed nursing staff within the RN's scope of practice andin accordance withestablished policies. You will provide education and emotional supportappropriate toage, culture, condition, and circumstance and incorporate patient / family teaching into all aspects of nursing practice. What qualifications you will need:

Texas State RN license or compact license required. DIP/ADN required, BSN preferred. Advanced Nursing Certification encouraged.

Current BLS and ACLS required by AHA or ARC. Minimum 2 years in specialty units may require specific experience and additional certifications.
