Providence is calling for applications for our September 2024 RN Surgery General Unit Fellowship at Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital.

An RN Fellow at Providence St Joseph Health will experience a guided transition into their new specialty through structured curriculum, experienced preceptors and hands-on learning. If you are an RN ready to transition to a new specialty and have more than 12 months of continuous RN work experience, the Providence Clinical Academy is for you.

The position starts September 9, 2024

Required Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program

• California Registered Nurse License upon hire

• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire

• Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 90 days of hire

• 1 year Nursing experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• CNOR, ACLS, TNCC, IVPS upon hire (for Surgical Services)
• CNOR, ACLS, TNCC, IVPS upon hire (for Surgical Services-Ambulatory Surgery Center)
• IVPS, CPAN, TCAR, TNCC upon hire (for PACU-Hospital, Acute Care)
