Overview:

Provides direct and indirect patient care services that meet the psychological, physical and general aspect of care: utilizes the nursing process in patient care; meets the communication and education needs of patient and family; provides care that reflects initiative and responsibility indicative of professional expectations. Communicates in a professional, positive, and assertive manner congruent with Mercy Service Standards.

Communicates with physicians and other team members about changes in patients' conditions and is able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. The RN will be required to float to the free standing ED locations (Bellavista & Springdale) when an emergency need arises. The RN will orienate to each site.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing either Associate Degree, Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Diploma Nursing Program.

  • Licensure: Registered Nurse current Arkansas license

  • Certifications: Current Basic Life Support, Current Advanced Life Support or complete within 90 days of hire, Current Pediatric Life Support or complete within 90 days of hire, Current TNCC or complete within one year of hire.

    NIH within 60 days and annually. ASLS education must be performed within 6 months of hire and a minimum of every two years.

Job Overview/Summary Manage Die Crew(6), Process Tech(11) and Electrical Technician (9) crew supporting a 7/24 operation. Key Responsibilities * Master the PM Pillar methodologies and spread throughout the organization-learn, do, teach. * Drive the action plan for PM activities for the department and meet timing commitments. * Improve maintenance systems and processes, in conjunction with WCM initiatives, to identify and eliminate losses (breakdown, minor stop and process failures). * Track performance against in-process and output metrics related to the maintenance function. * Develop a world class infrastructure and standards for maintenance operations for the department. * Mentor and develop members on maintenance processes and systems. * Foster a learning and Training and Qualification environment regarding maintenance operations and activities. Drive skills and accountability to operator level. * Maintenance spending vs targets and forecasts. * Cost savings. * Parts inventory management. * Maintenance labor productivity and cost. * OEE, unplanned downtime, failure elimination * Work order hours and completion. Key Skills, Abilities and Experience Required * 5-7 yrs. in maintenance operations * 5+ yrs experience in WCM/TPM/Lean Manufacturing processes and techniques * SAP and SAP PM experience preferred, but must at least have experience with integrated maintenance management system * Bachelor's Degree in Engineering * Leadership * Change Management * Improvement Methodology * Technical Writing * Training * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Strong interpersonal and team skills * Ability to work in a complex and dynamic work environment * Ability to work off shift, on occasion for training or monitoring.
