EDDY SENIOR CARE is looking for a Registered Nurse to join their Rotterdam team full-time, completing assessments in the home-care setting!

Eddy SeniorCare is an exciting, innovative model of care for seniors, located at 1938 Curry Road, Rotterdam, NY. We provide a team-based model of care including a physician, RNs, LPNs, Home Health Aides, physical/occupation/speech therapists, social workers, transportation, a day center team, and more!

Position Highlights/Responsibilities:

• Perform annual, every 6 month, and change-in-status UAS (Uniform Assessment System) on participants in their home setting, assessing their overall status in the community

• Online training provided if no prior UAS experience

• Complete point of care documentation on agency provided laptop

• Not a hands-on nursing position - RN is responsible for assessment only

• Mileage reimbursement eligible based on IRS guidelines (must have own vehicle)

Pay Range:$36.50 - $49.95

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
