The Orthopaedic Surgery Center (OSC) is a collaborative effort between the physicians of Concord Orthopaedics and Concord Hospital and has facilities in both Concord and Derry, NH. With a reputation for clinical excellence, the top-rated physicians at OSC all specialize in the orthopaedics field including sports medicine, total joints, hand, foot, spine, trauma and pain management. Responding to the growing needs of the community, the Concord location will be relocating into the Hospital's new recently opened Medical Office Building located on the Concord Hospital campus in late Fall 2020. This new state of the art facility will have 4 OR rooms with a procedure room while the Derry location possesses 2 OR rooms.
Under the direction of the OSC Board of Directors, the Director is responsible for planning, organizing and directing of all activities of these busy facilities according to its policies, procedures, and objectives. Responsibilities include the management of all aspects of the environment of care, personnel, materials/equipment, as well as education of personnel and administrative duties. The Director will also coordinate and direct patient care in accordance to adopted policies, procedures, state and federal regulations and accreditation standards.
In the capacity of Director, your foundation as an RN and management/leadership experience will prove invaluable as you will have leadership and fiscal oversight of a department of 50+ professionals. We are looking for you to bring the following to our organization;
Progressive leadership experience
Possess an NH RN license
Knowledge of CMS rules and regulations regarding ambulatory surgery centers and billing services for ambulatory surgery
Experience with operations of an ambulatory surgery center with orthopaedic experience desired
Possess key leadership competencies such as quality decision-making, excellent communication and ability to meet deadlines
Proven leadership ability including motivating and building high functioning teams
Business acumen within a competitive and regulated environment
Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferred.
