Nurse to Patient Ratio: 4 to 7 Patients to a Nurse (Subject to Change)
Population: Primarily Colorectal surgical patients, medical GI patients and med/surg patients
Orientation: Orientation is based on individual needs. The length can vary and be adjusted if needed. Orientation is started on days, and then you're transferred to hired shift.
