The Registered Nurse functions as a vital member of the healthcare team who contributes to the success of the practice by demonstrating patient focus, effective communication, professionalism, and teamwork. Utilizes the nursing process to asses, plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive care provided to selected patient populations and their families.
Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) (Preference may be given to candidates with Bachelor's level education to meet Magnet requirements)
Candidates must hold an RN license that qualifies them to work as an RN in North Dakota (either an ND RN license or a compact RN license issued in another state) AND BLS within 30 days of hire, transfer, or promotion into an RN role along with additional requirements below depending on department and role:
Emergency Department: ACLS, TNCC, CPI, and PALS required within 1 year; ABLS preferred but not required.
