Kettering Health Main Campus, formerly Kettering Medical Center, is the flagship hospital of Kettering Health and has been serving Kettering, Ohio and the Greater Dayton area since 1964.
The facility includes the Benjamin and Marian Schuster Heart Hospital, maternity service with a level III neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), and level II Emergency Care.
In 2020, KH Main Campus received an "A" from the Leapfrog Group, a national patient safety watchdog, ranking among the safest hospitals in the United States.
Received 4 Star Baby-Friendly Hospital status by the Ohio Hospital Association.

Responsibilities & Requirements
The RN Diabetes Educator provides diabetes self management training (DSMT) for inpatients. Works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary staff to promote glycemic control for patients. Acts as a resource for the nursing staff and other health professionals regarding diabetes care. Provides 7-day week coverage for Kettering and Sycamore hospitals. There is a weekend commitment with this position.
Applicants must have:
1.Current RN license for the State of Ohio2. Masters preferred.3. BSN required. 4. CDE preferred. Must be willing to complete criteria for certification.1. Minimum of three (3) years of recent experience in medical/surgical nursing2. Previous patient education experience preferred
