POSITION SUMMARY: The Clinical Supervisor (CS) is responsible for coordination and management of patient care.
The CS is responsible for the supervision of clinical personnel to ensure that care and services are delivered appropriately. The CS may serve as an alternate DPCS/Case Manager. QUALIFICATION GUIDELINES EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
Registered nurse with current licensure to practice nursing in the practicing state Possess and maintain CPR certification Previous experience in home care setting with two years management or supervisory experience, preferred Proven ability to work within an interdisciplinary setting Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured and in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order Prior use of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) preferred KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: Knowledge of accepted professional standards and practice, Medicare Conditions of Participation, and federal, state, and local regulatory requirements Demonstrates excellent observation, nursing judgment, and communication skills
