Summary of Primary Function

Stay local, and join the Springfield new flexible nursing team. Rates are very competitive. In the program you will support each hospital in the market with flexible floating and placement. The primary function of this job, based on hiring tier, is to be available and flexible to float to various departments, and sites throughout the markets within Bon Secours Mercy Health to provide patient care, which could include but not limited to scheduling day of staffing, travel assignments, or seasonal staffing patterns. Participates as a member of the health care team in cooperation with and under the direction of a clinical manager or designee as defined by the relevant Standards and Scope of Practice for the Registered Nurse. The RN Resource Team assesses, analyzes, plans, implements and evaluates patient care following established patient care standards for Bon Secours Mercy Health including those for patient assessment and transfer.

Essential Job Functions

RN Resource Staff are hired with the understanding they must float based on The tiers below:

Tier 1: Float expectation within a home site based on competency

Tier 2: Float expectation within multiple sites within a home market based on competency

Tier 3: Float expectation within multiple sites across more than one market based on competency

Demonstrates awareness of and supports Bon Secours Mercy Health departmental and operating unit goals through participation in continuous quality improvement and departmental activities. Acts as a patient safety advocate by participating in ongoing quality improvement in the department. Incorporates the professional practice model into care delivery. Performs and documents bio-psychosocial assessments according to patient age and condition. Plans and coordinates nursing care and clinical decisions using the best available evidence. Formulates and implements a plan of care for each patient which includes interventions, evaluation of response to interventions and documentation as appropriate to condition and age. Incorporates the professional practice model into care delivery.

Current nursing license in the designated state of employment BLS, ACLS and PALS required based on unit(s) assigned


Associate of Nursing, nursing (required)


Diploma in Nursing (required)

Bachelors of Science, nursing (preferred)

Minimum Years and Type of Experience Required:

One year registered nursing acute care experience required

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Consultant, Pricing and Market Access to join our growing team in the US! The overall aim of the group is to develop a skilled team of individuals able to combine strategic thinking with clear, accurate, and concise communication. The group is focused on developing payer and market access-focused communications as well as providing insights and strategic support to help inform the Market Access & pricing strategy of a product. Key Accountabilities: For this particular role, we are looking for experience in developing a wide range of materials that support Pricing & Market Access (e.g. Global Value Dossiers, Health Technology Appraisals/early scientific advice, payer-focused Value Stories, Competitor Landscape Assessments, primary research/advisory board, as well as other Market Access and Pricing Strategy materials) as well as the ability to guide and mentor a team to develop such materials. The ideal candidate will also have the ability to draw on his/her prior experiences to advise clients on their needs as well act as the main Parexel client contact during the project.
