RN Clinic Supervisor - Psychiatry

100% FTE, full-time salaried position between the clinic hours of 8:00 am

• 5:00 pm, Monday

• Friday. Hours may vary based on the needs of the department. You will primarily work at 6001 Research Park Blvd (WisPIC) and 1102 S Park St in Madison, WI. Travel to E Terrace Dr Medical Center in Madison, WI, and 2275 Deming Way in Middleton, WI, will be required on a bi-weekly basis.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinic Supervisor to:

• Partner with clinic managers in leading the day-to-day operation and coordination of patient care services, while providing nursing practice oversight.

• Coordinate, assign and guide the work activities of 16 RN staff across four psychiatry and behavioral health clinic locations.

• Directly supervise the RN clinical teams, lend expertise to all clinical staff, while supporting faculty physicians, advanced practice providers, and a psychiatry residency training program.

• Execute nursing interventions by collaborating with the interprofessional team incorporating appropriate standards of care and practice and patient outcomes.

Education:

Minimum

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

Work Experience:

Minimum

• Two (2) years of RN experience.

Preferred

• One (1) year of progressive relevant leadership experience.

Licenses and Certifications:

Minimum

• RN licensed in the state of Wisconsin

Preferred

• Applicable clinical certification.
