RN Clinic - Perinatology - La Jolla

Scripps Health Administrative Services supports our five hospitals and 19 outpatient facilities, which treat half a million patients annually through 2,600 affiliated physicians.

This is a benefited, full time position generally working Monday-Friday from 8am-4:30pm with some flexibility. Located at Scripps Clinic in La Jolla. Travel to Encinitas required as needed.

Your job duties:

• Perform patient need assessments and develop plan care.

• Provide direct and indirect patient care services to include the administration of medications and educating patients.

• Contribute to the team as necessary to ensure quality patient care within the RN scope of practice.

• This position will support all four Perinatology locations and seven physicians.

Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification:

• Prior OB/GYN RN experience

• Current California Registered Nurse License

• Current BLS from American Heart Association

• Must be able to successfully multi-task and remain calm and professional during hectic times.

Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification:

• Prior experience in an ambulatory/clinic setting in Perinatology, OB/GYN, or Labor & Delivery/Postpartum

• Bachelor's degree in nursing

• Antenatal testing experience

Position Pay Range: $46.88-$70.33/hour
