Mays Plus, Inc. is seeking RNs with 1-3 years of experience for our Poteau location. Experience should include at least 1 year geriatric experience (ex. home health or nursing home). Must work well without supervision. Computer experience with typing skills required. This is a part time position (may work into full time).

Must have a current Oklahoma License without restrictions. Be able to pass background and drug screenings.

Advantage Program Medicaid Waiver Case Manager:

Initiating and monitoring service plan/goals and performing resource referral as appropriate to meet the needs of Advantage Program Members. Continually documenting Member response to plan and interventions. Acting as Member/staff/community liaison. Assisting with community education events related to the Advantage Waiver Program. RN also responsible for Nurse Monitoring Visits, Admits and Reassessment. Must be able to attend training class for Case Management in Tulsa for one week.

The site manager for the C-17 Training System at Altus AFB, Oklahoma is responsible for successfully managing all aspects of remote site operations, leading assigned Boeing personnel and providing oversight of subcontractors supporting the program in the extremely dynamic environment of a front line operational United States Air Force (USAF) airlift training wing at a CONUS location. Due to the geographic isolation of the site and time zone differences, the site manager is entrusted to represent The Boeing Company to the USAF customer on a 24/7/365 basis with minimal real-time oversight from program management in St Louis, Missouri. As the Site Manager will be responsible (but not exclusively limited to) the following: * Provides the time critical operational interface with the local United States Air Force customer necessary to successfully plan and coordinate the real-time training requirements of C-17 air-crews and/or maintenance personnel in support of USAF training and real-world contingency operations. * Interfaces, on a routine basis, with the USAF customer at the wing, group, squadron and flight commander leadership and management levels. * Interfaces, on a routine basis, with local Flight Safety and C2 personnel to ensure comprehensive and high quality training is available to the USAF C-17 warfighter. * Act as a technical subject matter expert on the C-17 aircraft, its operational employment, and it's implementation in the C-17 Training. * Collects information from Training System users and applies his subject matter expertise to recommend opportunities for training enhancements and additional revenue for The Boeing Company. * Leads and manages Boeing personnel assigned to the site to ensure contractual availability, security and safety requirements are surpassed. * Works with the local contracting officer representative(s) to identify and resolve training system, facility and personnel issues. This position requires an active Secret U.S. Security Clearance. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.) Required Qualifications: * Experience with pilot and/or loadmaster training on transport category aircraft * Cross functional leadership experience Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or higher * Previous USAF experience * C-17 Training and Instruction experience Entry into this classification is limited to candidates approved by the enterprise-wide Program Management Process Council or its designee.
