We need an energetic and driven Nurse to become part of our cutting-edge telehealth company. As a crucial member of our team, you will collaborate closely with Patient Advocates, Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants to optimize patient flow and coordinate patient care effectively. By working alongside our advanced practice providers, you will have a key role in developing personalized and impactful treatment plans for our patients.
We are looking to fill the follow shift: Tuesday to Saturday from 8am to 4:30pm MST
Candidates should be willing to commute to our Denver-based office.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and professional patient care, while also offering essential support and educational resources to patients
- Efficiently communicate with patients, ensuring that all their questions and concerns are addressed with empathy
- Perform thorough patient assessments and confidently provide expert medical guidance, utilizing your extensive experience and knowledge as an RN
- Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and understand patient needs to effectively triage situations
- Display autonomy in decision-making within the scope of practice
- Show confidence in applying innovative thinking to resolve patient concerns
- Possess a strong command of technology and the ability to inspire and educate patients on health-related issues and concerns
Requirements
- Hold an active and unrestricted nursing license in the state of Colorado
- Bring a minimum of 2 years' nursing experience in critical care settings such as ICU, Emergency Room, or Urgent Care
- Demonstrate exceptional clinical skills and the ability to confidently assess, diagnose, and treat patients
- Showcase outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Display proficiency in utilizing electronic medical record systems
- Have the confidence to autonomously make decisions within the scope of practice
- Preferably have experience in rural medicine
- Desire to be bilingual in Spanish/English
Pay Rate is $37-$45/hr - depending on experience
