What You'll Do:
Analyze. Analyze problems within system applications and determine appropriate solutions. Perform appropriate testing of system solutions to assure a quality outcome.
Coordinate. Coordination and facilitation of team activities to meet project plans. Communicate adequately between team members, corporate departments, divisions, and other stakeholders on projects and expected impacts to the business.
Develop. Assist with the ongoing development and documentation of business processes.
Assist with all aspects of team activities including researching, assessing, and recommending solutions and/or process changes to management. Set up of data, and/or conversion of data as necessary to support business needs and implement system solutions.
Support. Support for the end-users with their business processes and system usage including but not limited to sales, dispatch, QC, lab, fleet, and operations.
Travel. Travel time is required.
Additional Responsibilities. Other duties as assigned.
Skills You'll Need:
Education. Undergraduate degree in a business or technology-related curriculum or relevant real-world experience accompanied by appropriate technical certifications.
Experience. Five years of experience in working with data and systems.
Preference to candidates with experience in RMC truck telematics solutions. Business process knowledge and experience are preferred.
Analytical Skills. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Technology Skills. Can easily adapt to new technology.
Accounting Knowledge. Must have general knowledge of accounting/bookkeeping.
Organizational Skills. Must have strong organizational skills and display attention to detail.
Interpersonal Skills. Must have strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
