We're looking for a Risk Services Support to join our Longwood, FL branch team.
Risk Services Support success factors include:
Effectively executes and manages sale, set-up, and implementation of Learning Management System and IOA Risk Services Claims Portal, including providing initial and ongoing user training.
Creates, coordinates, and delivers Learning Management System and Claims Portal sales presentations.
Provides ongoing client technical support in regards to any Risk Services products, programs, and services.
Performs client level workplace safety and OSHA compliance consulting.
Develops and maintains expertise in RiskScore product/system, and provides effective RiskScore sales support, consulting, and system implementation.
Serves as risk services subject matter expert for team, answering questions, providing support, and developing solutions to client problems.
Delivers outstanding client service at all times, including proactively anticipating client needs, maintaining frequent and professional client communication, and responding quickly to any service requests.
Qualified candidates will have:
Exceptional customer service skills
Excellent multi-tasking, organizational, delegation and decision-making skills
Outstanding verbal/written communication skills
Ability to learn multiple computer systems and to train others on how to utilize them
Ability to perform large work volumes with high degrees of accuracy
Ability to prioritize to achieve tasks
PC proficiency, including MS Office
Exceptional personal character, including a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to assist others at all times
