What you will do
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Risk Management Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in risk management and strong leadership skills to effectively oversee our risk management administrative, vendor, and RMS field staff.
Essential Functions:
Lead and coach the team of administrative assistants and technical staff.
Establish procedures and forms to be followed by Risk Management Representatives in completing casualty surveys. Develop casualty related risk management programs and materials for use by field personnel and customers.
Oversee technical consultation to Risk Management field personnel, other departments, policyholders, and agent customers. Conduct training for field personnel in casualty risk management control issues.
Review, interpret, and distribute information on OSHA and other standards, codes and laws, promulgated agencies and consensus groups.
Monitor, analyze and evaluate casualty large loss reports to determine causes and future controls.
Coordinate state mandated risk management compliance reports.
Provide policyholder with Risk Management services within specialty area.
Manage Risk Management information systems (Portal/Power BI).
Manage Risk Management production system (LC360).
Additional Responsibilities:
Complete the training requirements outlined in the career development path chart.
Maintain good communications with other departments, policyholders and producers.
Participate in professional and community safety activities.
Oversee the maintenance of risk management related e-commerce information on the Corporate web site.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Conforms with all corporate policies and procedures.
What you need:
Education: Bachelor's Degree- Preferably with a major/concentration in safety and health, sciences, or engineering.
Experience: At least 10 years experience in the Risk Management or Loss Control profession, preferred.
Salary: $98,900-$148,400
The final salary to be paid and position within the internal salary range will take into consideration the individual's work experience, geographic location, education, certification(s) or additional qualifications, and scope and responsibilities within the role.
