Job Description:

Risk Management Professionals at PayPal are highly motivated team players who specialize in analyzing fraud patterns and creating and adapting advanced fraud prevention mechanisms while focusing on the customer's experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide analytical insights into emerging problems, trends and portfolios

  • Work closely with business partners and stakeholders to determine how to design analysis and measurement approaches that will significantly improve our ability to understand and address emerging business issues

  • Bring data to life making it actionable and relevant to stakeholders through exploratory analysis of internal and external data sources using advanced and innovative analytical techniques, algorithms, and tools

  • Provide regular updates to leadership, peers and other stakeholders that will simplify and clarify complex concepts and results of analyses with emphasis on actionable outcomes and impact on the business

Basic Requirements:

  • Must be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Math or related field from an accredited college or university

  • Proven ability to work independently and make good decisions with minimal direction

  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)

  • Strong analytical skills - analyze complex data, draw accurate conclusions, and make business recommendations

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Word - familiarity working with SQL

  • Experience in at least one data visualization tool (Tableau, Qlikview) will be a plus

  • Proven ability to lead project(s) to conclusion within assigned timelines

  • Ability to approach problems in a quantitative and qualitative manner, and partner with the business to understand their needs and drive solutions

Position Description McKesson is enhancing it's TPRM program in the Information Security and Risk Management (ISRM) department. The goal of the program is to regularly assess, monitor, and manage the risk associated with third parties who possess or access McKesson's information systems and data. The TPRM Analyst will work under the direction of the TPRM Product Owner to execute the operational processes and tasks within McKesson's TPRM program. Day to day activities include performing security risk assessments and obtaining necessary data from third parties to assess their security posture. Key Responsibilities * Due diligence and Ongoing monitoring * Perform new and recurring third party security risk assessments, develop mitigation plans, and work with internal stakeholders to assign remediation tracking responsibility * Implement processes to monitor the third-party portfolio using a risk based approach. Monitoring may take many forms, including but not limited to: * Review of third party provided audit reports and supporting collateral e.g. SOC1/2 reports and other certifications, or review of third-party security whitepapers * Request and review of questionnaires completed by the third party describing their environment and controls * Periodic onsite risk assessments / audits * Maintain and enhance the administration of issue monitoring and exception tracking and, where necessary, facilitate remediation actions to improve overall third-party performance to meet business needs. * Stakeholder Collaboration * Collaborate with the McKesson sourcing organizations and the other Risk Organizations such as Compliance and Privacy in the process of supporting the program * Work in a self-directed, collaborative, and constructive manner with the business units and our internal stakeholders to enhance the effectiveness of TPRM processes and controls. * Build effective relationships with stakeholders who own and support key third party relationships. Gain commitment from stakeholders to help manage and improve the risk posture of these third parties. * Maintain and enhance the administration of issue monitoring and exception tracking and, where necessary, facilitate remediation actions to improve overall 3rd party performance to meet business needs.
