Job Description

The part-time Risk Management and Regulatory Compliance Coordinator provides professional support to the Director of Risk Management and the Director of Regulatory Compliance in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of Lakeside Behavioral Health. The Risk Management and Regulatory Compliance Coordinator coordinates activities associated with Risk Management and Regulatory Compliance.

Qualifications

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare or nursing, or equivalent experience in healthcare risk management preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of healthcare experience. Mental health nursing experience preferred.

Knowledge:
Familiar with medical terminology; demonstrated ability to work constructively with a broad spectrum of health care professionals; knowledge and experience in data management and software programs; ability to work discreetly with highly confidential information. Knowledge of general and psychiatric nursing processes and regulating/accrediting agency guidelines preferred.
