Administrative Tasks:

  • Workers Comp claim management Medical Claims

  • Establish and confirm designated treatment facilities for each PC.

  • Review claims submissions for thoroughness, accuracy and fraud

  • File/store all documents related to each claim

  • Assist in the treatment process for all Medical Claims without lost time and help

  • facilitate claim closure.

  • Review doctors restrictions

  • Create TDJD and BFO based on restrictions and service line

  • Adjust TDJD and BFO as restrictions change

  • Monitor job site compliance.

  • Calendar Medical Claim Appointments

  • Sort Risk Department Mail

  • Physical Restriction Accommodation Auditing

  • Audit Site Compliance

  • Communicate negative trends or results to Manager/VP

  • Track compliance

  • Weekly Claims Tracking DOI, Follow up Appointments, BFO on file, Days open, etc.

  • Physical Restriction Accommodation Tracking

  • Data entry DOI, Days open, Etc.

  • Expense report data entry

  • Administrative Tasks

  • State Invoicing Reports Wyoming, New Mexico & Utah

  • Obtain invoicing

  • Pay invoicing

  • Track invoicing paid

  • Other duties as assigned

  • Heavy work with Excel

JOB SUMMARY: Information Systems. Support Specialist Applicants should have at least 3 years experience working successfully with end users in a call center or PC repair environment. Applicants should be proficient in troubleshooting & supporting Windows 7/8/10, printers, wireless routers, network security, AD, & some database administration. We also are looking for individuals who have experience supporting Kronos Time & Attendance (Workforce Central). They should also be able to provide support effectively over the phone and by using remote desktop solutions. Good multi-tasking, a strong work ethic, and exceptional communication skills are a must as well as the ability to take directives and work effectively with limited supervision. We are primarily a Microsoft and Apple shop. This position involves a high degree of exposure to senior management and our company ownership group. We do require that members of our IT team be able to interact successfully with all levels of management and work effectively in a corporate environment.
