Manage professional liability, general liability, automobile and workers' compensation programs including renewal process for each policy and application submission. Review and analyze insurance policy language, recommend coverage.
Manages general liability, professional liability, auto and workers' compensation programs including renewal process for each policy and application submission.
Maintains solid relationship with insurance carriers, brokers, and internal subject matter experts to ensure successful and timely annual renewals.
Analyzes and reports on workers compensation loss trends including regular/monthly reports, KPI metrics, and ad-hoc requests.
Provides oversight for Professional Liability claims managed by legal department. Report claims per retention guidelines.
Ensures compliance with Risk Management policies and procedures, regulatory requirements and interface with applicable regulatory agencies.
Investigates automobile claims and handles to conclusion.
Develops training platforms to promote safety initiatives.
Audits, monitors and reviews insurance documentation of all company vendors and contractors for compliance with contractual and corporate requirements.
Supports the continuous process improvement and development of procedures to streamline requests.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Required A Bachelor's Degree in a related field Finance, Business or related field
Required or equivalent work experience 2 additional years of relevant work experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
Required 3 years of experience in analyzing insurance data, assisting with project coordination, safety
Required Other experience balancing multiple projects and interacting with vendors.
