Meaningful Work From Day One:

The Risk Management Analyst will collect and organize information across the company to model variables for underwriting, maintain insurance databases, and assist in managing various insurance policies. This role will ensure accurate data analysis for underwriting, oversee international and domestic insurance programs, and support the Manager, Casualty & Risk Analytics with projects and updates. This role involves maintaining loss records, preparing renewal presentations, and managing the Risk Management website to ensure accurate and timely information for business partners.

What You Can Expect

  • Collects and organizes information across the company to model the variables for underwriting purposes.

  • Maintains insurance databases used to create insurance values, and assists on the update of ERM, Crisis Management and Business Continuity plans.

  • Assists the Manager, Casualty & Risk Analytics in managing the company's insurance policies and programs.

  • Assists in overseeing the international sales office, warehousing, general liability, auto liability and employer's liability insurance policies with responsibility for offices in over 30 countries covering approximately 900 employees and 700 vehicles.

  • Compiles and analyzes underwriting data, for all of the company's insurance policies including the international general liability and auto, real property, stock, and other insurance programs.

  • Assists in, maintaining loss records for the international and domestic insurance programs, and in the management of property losses.

  • Assists in the preparation of underwriting renewal presentations.

  • International insurance program: prepares and analyzes underwriting data, assists in all the analytics necessary for renewal negotiations; and reviews policies for accuracy;

  • US Domestic insurance program: prepares and analyzes underwriting data, assists with analytics for renewal negotiations; and reviews policies for accuracy.

  • Assists the Manager, Casualty & Risk Analytics and Director of Risk & Security on projects.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor's degree plus 2-4 years of analytical or progressive insurance and risk management experience, or equivalent applied experience

  • Good understanding of basic financial and accounting concepts.

  • Excellent computer skills with advanced excel spreadsheet proficiency.

  • Proficient in Google applications, websites, and drives.

  • Ability to identify relationships, trends, patterns, and inconsistencies in numerical data.

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
