Risk Management Administrator

Responsibilities:

• Department Management:

• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

• Develop and maintain a filing system, both electronic and physical.

• Assist in keeping an updated and accurate contact list

• Assist in safety and risk monthly training

• Ensure new locations are added to the insurance program.

• Assist in the annual renewal process of insurance renewal

• Administrative Support:

• Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.

• Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports.

• Assist with document preparation, formatting, and editing.

• Utilize internal system to complete needed forms

• Data Entry and Record-Keeping:

• Enter data accurately into various databases and systems.

• Maintain accurate records and files for easy access and retrieval.

• Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

• Communication and Coordination:

• Liaise with internal departments and external partners as necessary.

• Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

• Assist in the coordination of special projects.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant administrative role.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and office management software (e.g., MS Teams, Slack).

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

• Experience in a claim's environment a plus.
