We are recruiting for Risk Forecast & Resource Planning Manager to join our Tactical Operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity where you will be working directly with the deputy head of Tac-ops, and you'll be an essential piece of our whole business resilience strategy.
This is a newly created role & essential to the resilience of the business, you'll be devising the strategy for new ways of working & working with stakeholders across the business to bring complex levels of insight to effectively understand risks & how to mitigate them.
As our new Risk Forecast & Resource Planning Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall management of banked hours, managing workforce-related risks & seeking out opportunities for development.
