Job Summary

Under broad supervision conducts risk control assessment evaluation consulting and technical support for prospective new and renewal business.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Performs a combination of duties in accordance with departmental guidelines:

Performs workplace/work site risk evaluation and consultative risk improvement services and makes risk recommendation for the underwriting function. Includes recommending solutions to customers to minimize risk.

Works with senior risk control staff to assess account and/or book of business needs and implements customized strategy.

Partners with underwriting and other areas to provide information for risk evaluation and assessment. Includes reviewing accounts for operational issues claims profitability and agency management etc.

Analyzes losses on individual accounts or specific book of business to identify root cause of loss trends and emerging issues.

Develops and maintains business relationships with internal and external business partners.

Conducts education training programs and presentations.

Conducts agency/broker visits to build relationships discuss account or book of business issues and market company products and services.

May identify opportunities for new products and services.

May provide expertise in one or more specialty area.

May be responsible for special projects and presentations.

VIEW JOBS 1/7/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-04-07T00:00 Position Summary The Inventory Control Specialist will maintain warehouse inventory levels, coordinate material delivery, provide/prepare materials for production, manage waste/recycling, and handle other miscellaneous material handling tasks. Major Responsibilities * Ensures adequate inventory of materials and customer products in accord with inventory cycles and to CPI planning. * Conducts inventory analysis to solve inventory issues. * Develops and implements inventory control procedures. * Coordinates and manages daily physical cycle counts. * Coordinates the flow of materials from one site to another through the inputs from Planning and Scheduling. * Configures warehouse spaces as dictated by forecast of inbound materials, customer and production needs. * Implement and maintain the Monarch ERP system within the warehouse to track inventory level and flow between sites. * Trains new employees and provide direction to ICS Assistants. * Prepares and provides production with inventory and materials necessary to complete jobs per Planning and Scheduling. * Follows all mandated security procedures and process requirements. * Manages the waste and recycling program implemented through CPI. * Operates dock truck, hand jacks, powered jacks, forklifts, and other powered industrial trucks. * Operates a skid turner to prep loads of sheet stock. * Assists with other miscellaneous material handling/inventory tasks and/or projects (i.e. setting up racking). Qualifications: * 1-3 years experience with retail store systems, technology systems, and hardware * Ability to maintain accurate counts of a wide variety of materials * Associate degree in a related field preferred. * 3-5 years' work experience in inventory control. * Good organizational abilities, oral & written communications and interpersonal skills are needed. * Willingness to be a team member. * Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook * Must possess excellent customer service skills * Must possess self-starting qualities and a sense of urgency * Must possess exceptional organizational skills * Possess a valid drivers license, clean driving record and have the ability to become DOT certified. * Operates skid turner, dock truck, hand jacks, powered jacks, forklifts, and other powered industrial trucks in a safe manner. * Work is conducted in a standing position and requires walking, bending, kneeling, twisting, stooping and lifting of materials up to 60 lbs. * The environment is noisy and may require ear protection * Work is conducted in shifts and may require overtime, including weekends, to meet deadlines CPI Card Group Inc Littleton CO
