We are seeking an organized individual to provide administrative support to regional risk control teams. Key duties include:
Create, maintain and distribute monthly and ad hoc reports.
Assist in preparation of policyholder visits including coordination of needed materials, forms and documents.
Assist with vendor management, including coordination of contracts.
Coordinate Risk Control conference calls, meetings and events.
Maintain office files, order supplies, and support general office administrative functions.
Process departmental invoices, corporate expenses, and travel expenses via PeopleSoft and/or Concur systems.
Assist in the coordination of departmental social media resources/newsletter.
Provide administrative support to risk control teams.
Track risk control equipment used by consultants, such as noise dosimeters.
Handle Risk Control Helpline emails.
Transfer applicable emails and reports into ImageRight.
This opportunity will be located in one of the following offices:
Education and Qualifications
2 years relevant office experience
Basic understanding of PeopleSoft Procurement.
Basic understanding of ImageRight.
Solid working knowledge of standard office procedures and practices.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Ability to give attention to detail.
Ability to project a positive customer service attitude.
Ability to organize files, records and other materials.
Computer proficiency (intermediate) MS Office products, applicable FCCI systems
