Risk Analyst

What We Need

FLEETCOR is currently looking to hire a Risk Analyst within our ALE Solutions division. This position falls under our Lodging line of business and is located in St. Charles, IL. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing the risk involved on files with an insurance limit and maintaining a minimum of 96% accuracy of calculated files. You will report directly to the Folio Department Manager and regularly collaborate with various other roles and departments.

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

• Collecting data related to individual files that have an insurance limit

• Calculating the timeframe, a policyholder can reside in a hotel without exceeding their insurance policy limit

• Lowering the credit card limit where applicable

• Tracking activity in a Limit Log and reporting weekly activities to department management

• Processing high-priority customer requests with expediency

• Maintaining internal databases to ensure all relevant information is noted

• Working schedule as assigned and giving proper notice when changes are needed

• Working overtime when needed

• Performing additional duties as determined by evolving business needs

Qualifications & Skills

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred

• 2+ years of job-related experience preferred

• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook

• ACT program experience a plus

• Strong knowledge of quantitative analysis

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills, very organized, have strong problem-solving skills, ability to multi task, and be a team player

• Attention to detail and accuracy are critical skills for this position

• Exhibits strong business acumen and sound judgment

• Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships among team members in the course of work

• Ability to assist coworkers with tasks
