Audio & Digital Rights Coordinator (36551)
Location: Hoboken, NJ
The Audio & Digital Rights Coordinator is a key role on the Digital Licensing team, which is part of Wiley's Emerging Business Models sales group.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Coordinate day-to-day activities related Wiley's Audiobook licensing partnerships, including facilitating communication between Wiley's Editorial, Marketing, and Production teams with their counterparts at the audio publishing houses.
Support Digital Licensing's Director and Account Managers in:
Researching relevant industries to identify new partnership opportunities
Researching Wiley's catalogue to identify the best solutions for such prospective clients
Provide operational support to VP/Emerging Business Models, Director/Digital Licensing and Digital Licensing account managers.
Help ensure that all aspects of the Digital Licensing process run effectively and smoothly. Duties include:
Maintaining accurate licensing information
Providing account management to digital licensees
Generating and distributing various reports, including pipeline reports from Salesforce
Making travel arrangements
Other administrative tasks
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
At least 2 years of office experience preferably with a publishing or media company
Must be professionally proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Familiarity with Salesforce a plus
Familiarity with the use of web technologies and various digital devices
Strong organization skills with ability to multitask
Excellent verbal and written communication
