The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Minimum of 5-8 years' experience in Landowner identification, preliminary routing, survey permission, survey support, title research, acquisition, permitting and construction support for natural gas pipeline projects
Strong communication, interpersonal, documentation, and computer skills
Experience in natural gas pipeline construction strongly preferred
Successful completion of the pre-employment physical, background check and drug screen.
May be required to walk in forested and cultivated areas. Will be required to be outdoors from time to time in various weather conditions. Must possess manual dexterity with the physical ability to work in situations which require bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, and lifting/carrying items up to thirty (30) pounds. Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (Protective eyewear, gloves, mask) and other safety equipment required by the company guidelines and procedures.

Handling, where requested, matters preliminary to condemnation or litigation of any kind
