The essential duties for this job include:

Right of Way Agent III and IV:

  • Assists in developing and preparing program manuals or classroom materials.

  • Audits, determines eligibility and approves payment of acquisition reimbursements, payments to real estate fee appraisers, title insurance premiums, property owners, condemned parcels, relocation housing benefits or business moving expenses.

  • Drives State Vehicle to meet with sponsors, property owners or other entities to negotiate or explain the acquisition, lease, disposal or relocation processes, answer questions and present offers.

  • Coordinates execution of relocation, acquisition, lease or condemnation papers with Department payment processing personnel, property owners and title companies for commitment and closure.

  • Performs legal or technical review analysis of real estate documents, legal or curative instruments or exhibits for acquisition of Department right of way properties for highway/airport construction or improvements.

  • Performs legal or technical review analysis of real estate documents, legal or curative instruments or exhibits for the leasing, disposal or exchange of highway assets.

  • Performs legal or technical review analysis of schematics, utility adjustment plans and cost estimates, maps, surveys, field notes, property descriptions, pre-appraisal and appraisals, titles, deeds, legal and curative instruments or exhibits.

  • Prepares, processes and maintains documents, references or resource materials..

  • Performs other job responsibilities as assigned.

Right of Way IV:

  • Coordinates, reviews and processes acquisition, lease, disposal and relocation payment requests for correlation with associated documents for property reimbursement, relocation costs and eminent domain proceedings.

Education

This job requires the following:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate -related field

Work Experience

Right of Way Agent III:

  • 2 years in Right of Way -related work (Experience can be satisfied by fulltime or prorated parttime equivalent)

  • No supervisory experience required.

  • Relevant experience may be substituted for education on a year per year basis.

Right of Way Agent IV

  • 4 years in Right of Way -related work (Experience can be satisfied by fulltime or prorated parttime equivalent)

  • No supervisory experience required.

  • Relevant experience may be substituted for education on a year per year basis.

Licenses and Certifications

The following Licenses and/or Certifications are required for this job:

  • Safety Impact Certificate

  • Valid Driver's License

Safety Impact certifications are not required at the time of application. As required, the Safety Impact certification will be issued by TxDOT at the time of hire.

Other Conditions:

  • This position is Safety Impact it will be subject to random drug testing.

In addition to providing and coordinating clinical care, they have a central role in assuring participant safety, maintenance of informed consent, integrity of protocol implementation as well as working closely with the principal investigator. Moreover, clinical research nurses must continually balance the requirements of the clinical trials along with any amendments (i.e., closing a study arm; adding a drug to the study) with the clinical needs of the patient. Clinical Research Nurses improve recruitment of patients by supporting patients with making informed decisions about clinical trials participation. Shifts are AM 2-4 Hrs. and PM 2-4 Hrs., 1-2 times per Month. Key Position Qualifications Education: * Bachelor's degree in Nursing required. * 3-5 years career experience in clinical oncology nursing preferred. * Additional experience in a research nurse coordinator role of 3 years preferred. * Current licensure in Georgia required. * Certification by the Society of Clinical Research Associates or the Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP) or equivalent preferred, or completed within two years of hire date. * Certified in handling and shipping of biological specimens or completed three (3) months of hire date. * Currently certified in Basic Cardiac Life Support or completed within three (3) months of hire date. Skills: * Experience working in a clinical research environment, strong working knowledge of Good Clinical Practices, FDA and HIPAA requirements. * Excellent project management and organization skills are essential. * Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to establish a rapport with team members. * Ability to plan effectively and set priorities, completing assignments in a timely manner.
