What is the work?Sanitation / Maintenance:- Assists in training new Maintenance Partners- Assists CCM or ASM in supervising 3-5 Maintenance Representatives- Writes daily job lists for Maintenance Partners- Provides superlative customer service- Maintains Store cleanliness and safety with a sense of urgency and prioritization- Uses H-E-B chemical program; correctly organizes / maintains stock in maintenance room- Empties / cleans trash receptacles throughout the shift- Ensures compliance with food safety and sanitation standards / SOPs- Communicates maintenance needs, problems, or solutions to Store Leaders- Performs minor maintenance repairs- Maintains ceiling air vents; replaces light bulbs- Performs Maintenance Representative duties frequently; performs other duties as needed

What is your background?- Minimum age 18 (mandatory)- Experience in maintenance (preferred)- Experience supervising (preferred)- Completion of Company Orientation, Basics of Safety training, and In-store orientation

Do you have what it takes to be a fit as an H-E-B Maintenance Specialist?- Knowledge of department product, food preparation, and equipment required- Knowledge of OSHA guidelines- Strong customer service skills- Ability to take initiative and do what needs to be done- Ability to prioritize competing tasks
